Challenge

The challenge was to establish a surveillance program in 13 countries, involving multiple teams. The main challenge was to harmonize over 100 data sources and bring together dozens of teams from around the world onto one platform. Ensuring that the data they access aligns with their location (row-level security) was also a significant challenge.

Solution

  • The solution involved building a unified system on Foundry, which integrated more than 20 processes and tools. This allowed for the consolidation of data sources and streamlined the surveillance process.
